Locker9 is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to any cruise operator, their parent companies, or any related entity. Use of vessel names within the app is for identification purposes only and does not imply any relationship or approval.

By creating an account and using Locker9, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Locker9 is intended for:

• ·Seafarers and crew members working on cruise ships.
• ·Adults aged 18 or older.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and relates to your actual employment. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

By accepting these Terms and creating an account, you agree that your profile — including your name, department, and current ship position — will be visible to all other registered Locker9 users, including crew members from different ships and departments.

This visibility is the core purpose of the crew directory feature. If you do not wish your profile to be visible to other users, you should not create an account. You may delete your account at any time via your Profile page, which permanently removes all your data from the directory.

Locker9 provides tools to help crew members manage:

• ·Ship assignment contracts, dates, and sign-off confirmation.
• ·Professional certificate expiry tracking.
• ·Financial records — salary, expenses, remittances, and currency conversion.
• ·Port itineraries, voyage history, and a personal map of ports visited.
• ·A directory of crew members across the fleet.
• ·Communication tools — fleet and ship boards, live chat rooms, direct messages, and group conversations.
• ·Personal statistics (days at sea, service tenure).

All data displayed in Locker9 is entered by users themselves. We make no guarantee as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Locker9 is a personal organisation tool, not an official HR or crew management system.

• ·You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• ·You must not enter false information or impersonate another person.
• ·You must not attempt to access other users' private data.
• ·You must not use Locker9 in any way that violates applicable law.
• ·You must keep your password secure and not share your account.

Locker9 is provided as-is, without any guarantee of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Locker9 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primavera LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Locker9, including but not limited to loss of data, employment decisions made based on information in the app, or service interruptions.

Locker9 is not a substitute for official crew management systems, HR communications, or official contract documentation. Always verify employment-related information through official channels.

The Locker9 name, logo, and application code are the property of Primavera LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the application without prior written permission.

Data you enter into Locker9 (contracts, certificates, financial records, and notes) remains your own. You grant us a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You may delete your account at any time via your Profile page. Deletion permanently removes all your personal data from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under EU consumer protection law or GDPR.
